Instructions:

First separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix egg yolks with vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder and flour well.

Add milk as needed, the mixture should be nice and creamy. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites.

Melt butter in a pan and pour in some batter (8-10 cm in diameter). Fry on medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden-yellow on both sides.

Serve the pancakes as desired.
