For the Overnight rice pudding with apple and cinnamon, bring the milk to the boil, stir in the rice and simmer for about 20-30min until the rice is cooked.
In the meantime, roughly chop the almonds and chop the apple. Just before the end of the cooking time, stir in the apple and let it sit for a bit.
Stir in the cinnamon and vanilla powder, as well as the chopped almonds. Pour into a sealable container.
