For the orange cream liqueur, wash the oranges thoroughly and grate the peel. Do not grate the white skin!

Squeeze the juice (about 1 L should come out). Boil down the juice in a pot until syrupy.

Add sugar with cream and orange peel to a second pot, bring to a boil and then let steep without heat for about 1 hour.

Whip the yolks until light and creamy. Bring the cream mixture to the boil again and stir into the yolk mixture.

Add the orange syrup and vodka and pour the liqueur through a sieve into bottles. The orange cream liqueur will keep for about 10 weeks in the refrigerator.
