Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Warm butter in a large frying pan. Sauté garlic and onions for about five minutes. Steam potatoes briefly. Add wine and soup, bring to a boil, reduce heat, add savory, simmer gently for about fifteen minutes. Remove savory, blend soup. Add beans, cook for about five minutes.
Serve: Serve soup in deep plates, evenly distribute a few onion rings and potato slices as garnish (*). Serve the rest of the garnish (*) with the ham separately.
(*) garnish: button flour in a freezer bag form, fill onion rings, then potato slices in portions, shake until evenly dusted with flour.
Heat the clarified butter in a skillet until hot. Roast onion rings, then potato slices over medium heat for five min until crispy.
