Instructions:

Toast the wholemeal oat flakes and the sunflower seeds in the butter and cool. Then mix the oat flakes, wheat flour, oat bran and dry yeast with the coriander and salt. Then add the lukewarm buttermilk, the honey and the curd and knead everything together to form a smooth dough. Let rise until double in size.

Place the dough in a loaf pan, rise repeatedly and bake in a preheated oven at 175 C° for 55 minutes.

Tip: Before baking, brush the bread with water and sprinkle with oatmeal.
