For the Nutella apricot cake, cream the butter with the sugar. Gradually stir in the yolks. Then stir in the Nutella and rum.

Mix flour with baking powder and fold in. Beat the egg whites to snow and fold in as well. Spread the mixture on a deep baking tray lined with baking paper.

Gently press apricot or plum halves into the mixture. Nutella apricot cake in the oven at 180 degrees on the middle shelf for about 45 minutes.
