Instructions:

Mix oatmeal, oat milk, spices and maple syrup well in a sealable container.

Then add the curd to the mixture without mixing it in.

Close the container and leave to swell in the refrigerator for a few hours (preferably overnight).

For breakfast, mix the proats well again, add fresh banana slices and nuts and enjoy!
