A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Mix powdered sugar, fat, salt and vanilla sugar with a mixer until creamy. Add flour, knead together to form a dough. Shape into a ball with your hands, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 min. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm and cut out circles of 4 cm ø. Place the cookies on a prepared tray, bake.

160 to 180 °C , convection oven
approx. 8 min.
Heat nut nougat, dark chocolate and whipped cream in a hot water bath until nougat and chocolate are melted. Cool the cream and beat with a mixer. Place the cream in a piping bag with a nozzle. Pipe a tuff on top of each cooled cookie. Melt chocolate glaze in hot water bath, coat cookies with it, garnish with halved pistachios. Dry.
