Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!
Defrost puff pastry according to instructions, roll out a sheet of about 30 by 35 cm, leaving a remnant, cut out with cookie cutters mushrooms and fish to decorate strudel. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry them briefly with the chopped onion in hot fat.
Season with salt and pepper. Dice fish fillets, marinate with juice of one lemon and salt for a few minutes. Also fry briefly in hot fat. Add diced gherkin. Mix fish, mushrooms and kitchen herbs, pour in whipped cream. Season again. Allow the mixture to cool a little. Place the puff pastry in a buttered gratin dish and spread the filling evenly on it. Fold the pastry on all sides and decorate with the puff pastry fish and mushrooms.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, then lower the heat to 175 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown.
