For the beef fillets, cut the meat into thin slices. Score it a few mm deep for better roasting. Now cut the slices into small pieces and mix them with sugar and red wine.

Mix the beef with soy sauce, pepper, chopped garlic, sesame seeds and sesame oil.

Let the marinated beef sit for about 30 minutes.

Roast the marinated beef with the onion cut into strips on a grill grate placed on hot charcoal or in a pan.

Serve the beef fillets best with mushrooms and lettuce leaves.
