Wash and dab the chicken legs.

Now season with salt, bell pepper and paprika. Put them in a roasting pan, add the butter and roast at 190 °C for about 45 minutes.

Add the rosemary 10 minutes before the end of the roasting time.

Arrange the chicken shanks and serve.
