For the linseed oil potatoes first boil potatoes, peel and then cut into slices.

Now mix these with 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream in a pot until they are nice and mushy. The whole thing is done on the stove, so that they also stay warm.

Add salt and pepper to taste and top with a dash of linseed oil.

Now just arrange the linseed oil apples on plates and serve with fresh green leaf salad!
