Instructions:

For the lemon syrup, wash, peel and squeeze the lemons. Boil lemon juice (approx. 1/2 l) with granulated sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves and star anise for approx. 3 minutes.

Add lemon peel and let cool. Fill syrup with spices and lemon peel into a bottle and refrigerate the lemon syrup.
