Try this delicious pasta dish:
Make pasta according to package directions.
Remove peel from kohlrabi and cut into narrow sticks. Cook for 6-8 min in boiling hot water, drain.
Remove lemon peel with zester. Dice goat cheese roll.
Fry minced meat in a coated frying pan until crumbly, add well drained kohlrabi, fry briefly. Add whipping cream, simmer gently over low heat. Season with juice of one lemon, salt, thyme and lemon pepper. Add pasta, mix well and sprinkle with goat cheese. Serve immediately.
