Remove the peel from the potatoes, grate finely, stand and drain the water. Add to the potatoes salt, egg, milk, flour, crushed garlic, crushed marjoram and ground pepper.

Bake in a larger frying pan. Later, on one half of a potato pancake put the steamed sauerkraut and on it a slice of cooked smoked belly meat form. Turn the potato pancakes over like omelettes and bring to the table on a warm plate on the spot after baking, while they are crispy.
