For the fried mini potatoes, wash the mini potatoes thoroughly, dry them and divide them into about 3 portions according to size.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add rosemary sprig and fry the mini potatoes in it until they are soft. This may take 5-15 minutes depending on the size.
Keep shaking the pan to make sure the potatoes are browned all over. Cut the feta into cubes. When the potatoes are done, fry the feta and thyme for another 1 minute.
