Instructions:

For the pancake batter, beat the eggs and whisk lightly in a bowl. Mix the flour with the milk, add the eggs and salt and mix everything together to form a smooth dough. Let rest for about 20 minutes.

In a very shallow pan, preferably a pancake pan, bake out the individual pancakes.

For the filling, heat the whipped cream slightly (do not boil!) and stir in the nuts, honey, raisins and rum.

Fill the pancakes with the filling and roll them up.

Decorate with whipped cream. Drizzle honey decoratively on top and serve.
