Instructions:

Cook potatoes with skin in boiling water for about 20 minutes, then drain, peel, salt and pepper. Cut the herb sprigs to the length of the potatoes, cover the potatoes with them and wrap each with a slice of ham. Fry in hot oil with the seam facing down, then turn and fry all around for about 10 minutes. Peel garlic, slice and fry briefly. Serve with a fresh green salad.
