For the herb pancakes with asparagus, first prepare the pancake batter.

Prepare pancake dough from flour, salt, milk and eggs and let it swell for about 20 minutes (add some more flour if necessary).

Peel asparagus, cut off ends and cook in lightly salted water for about 15 minutes. Fry bacon slices in a hot non-stick frying pan until crisp and place on paper towels to drain. Set pan aside. Add herbs to batter and stir vigorously.

Using 1 tablespoon butter, fry thin pancakes. Add remaining butter to pan and brown lightly. Drain the asparagus, fill the pancakes with it and arrange with the bacon.

Serve the herb pancakes with asparagus.
