Preparation (about 45 min):
Cook long grain rice in enough water to reach the point, drain, cool and drain.
Clean tomatoes, remove core, cut into slices. Clean spring onions and cut into rolls. Remove peel from onion, dice finely, remove peel from garlic and press finely. Chop leaf parsley and cut mint into strips.
Finely dice bacon and fry in a hot frying pan until slightly tender. Cut rolls diagonally in half. Mix minced meat with parsley, onions, egg, garlic, long grain rice, bacon cubes and season with salt, chili flakes, curry and pepper.
Form meat loafs and fry leisurely in hot olive oil on both sides. Mix mint with curd, spring leek, yogurt and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
Thread salami onto skewers. Cover bun bottom with tomato slices, place on a plate, season with salt and pepper. Place meat loaf on top, top with mint dip, pin with salami skewer and place bun top diagonally.
