First preheat the oven to 180 °C for the hazelnut taler.
Now beat the eggs together with sugar, vanilla sugar, honey and cinnamon until foamy. Then stir in the ground hazelnuts.
In order to better form small balls from the mixture, it is advisable to moisten your hands for this purpose. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Make sure that they are not too close to each other.
Now place a hazelnut on each ball and press down lightly.
Bake the balls for 20 minutes.
