For the Butterstriezel with hazelnut yogurt, mix the flour and yeast with the remaining ingredients to form a smooth, supple dough. Set aside and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Divide the dough once and form two Striezel out of it. Place on a baking sheet and let rise again. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with hail sugar.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes, remove and let cool. Then mix all the ingredients for the hazelnut yogurt.cut the butter striezel and serve with hazelnut yogurt.
