Cut the peppers in half, cut out the seeds and the fruit cap and rinse. Cut the peppers into small cubes.
Rinse and dry the parsley and chop finely. Soak the bread roll in hot tap water, then squeeze it thoroughly.
Knead the meat, diced peppers, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg and curd into a firm dough. If needed, make it a little thicker with oatmeal. Season the minced meat dough with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Arrange small burgers from the dough (according to the number of burger buns). Place on a properly oiled tray, drizzle with oil and grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
As a burger slide between two halves of a bun with lettuce leaf, herbs and tomato slice or alternatively sprouts.
