For the ham sticks, put the puff pastry out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before processing.

Mix the oil with the herb salt and the peeled, crushed garlic clove, now roll out the dough and cut it lengthwise into strips.

Brush with the oil mixture and place the ham on top. Turn the dough strips with the ham lengthwise, brush with the remaining oil and bake the ham sticks for about 12 minutes.
