For the tomatoes:









Instructions:

Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Marinate with the remaining ingredients.

Cut wholemeal bread into not too thin slices, brush with olive oil and fry in a pan or in the oven (or on the grill) until crispy.

Place tomatoes on the bread slices, pluck goat cream cheese into pieces and spread over the top.

Sprinkle with thyme leaves and drizzle with a little olive oil.
