For the grilled bacon corn on the cob, first wash the corn and remove the strings. Cut off ends and simmer in a little salted water for about 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water and pat dry. If corn is already cooked, this step is omitted.

Cut corn in half, salt a little, then put a sprig of rosemary on each and wrap with pancetta all around.

Fry on the grill (or 200 °C in the oven) for about 10-15 minutes until crispy all around.

Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the soft butter and a little salt. Brush the outside of the finished grilled bacon corn cobs with it and serve.
