– Clean the pointed cabbage, cut into quarters and steam in a little salted water for 5 minutes until tender. Drain the cabbage.
– Remove the skin from the tomatoes and roughly dice them.
– Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the diced onion until soft. Add the minced meat and fry it in pieces (approx. 5 min). Add the diced tomatoes and fry briefly. Season with pepper, garlic, salt and half of the thyme. – Crumble the feta cheese and mix it with the yogurt. Season with pepper.
– Form the pointed cabbage in a greased gratin dish, spread the minced meat mixture evenly over it and cover the whole thing with the cheese sauce.
– Bake under the broiler of the oven for 8-10 minutes, sprinkle with the remaining thyme leaves before serving.
– Serve with potatoes.
