For the goulash soup, first turn the chopped meat in the flour and pat it down. Heat a little oil in a saucepan and fry the chopped onion.
Add the chopped garlic clove. Add the meat and brown well. Add the tomato paste and the paprika powder. At the end, deglaze with beef broth.
Cook slowly at medium temperature for about an hour. Add the chopped potatoes after 40 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram to taste.
