Instructions:

For the fruit cake, mix butter and yolks with powdered sugar. Stir in the sifted cocoa and the flour mixed with baking powder.

Bake the dough at 190° C for about 30-35 minutes.

Then spread the fruit on the dough.

Now whip the egg whites with sugar and spread on the fruit. Bake the fruit cake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
