Instructions:

Halve, core and peel honeydew melon and papaya. Cut flesh into wedges. Rinse and clean strawberries. Drain pineapple, lychees and mangoes, reserving juice. Put oil with honey in a wok or frying pan and heat while stirring until it starts to caramelize. Then add the fruit, toss briefly and divide evenly among dessert bowls. Stir the remaining orange liqueur, fruit juices, plum wine and soy sauce and pour over the fruit salad form.
