Heat the granulated sugar in a spacious pan until it turns light brown. Place the bananas, cut in half lengthwise, cut side down. Move the pan back and forth so that the bananas slide across the bottom of the pan. Add the vegetable cream and lemon juice, continue to toss. Turn the bananas over and pull from the heat. The bananas should not roast for more than about four minutes. For the vanilla whipped cream, whip Rama Cremefine with the vanilla sugar (or vanilla pulp) for whipping, add the powdered sugar.
