Toast fish sticks in heated oil on both sides.

Cook beans in boiling hot salted water until tender, cool both. Drain silver onions, rinse tomatoes and cut into eighths.

Clean and rinse peppers and cut into strips. Mix vegetables with fish stick pieces. For the sauce, finely dice onion. Mix with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper. Sauce over the salad ingredients form and bring to the table on the spot.
