For the fish in lime-cilantro sauce, sauté the onion in a little olive oil. Briefly fry the garlic, add the tomato pieces, salt, chili and lime juice and simmer.

Cook the penne in enough salted water until al dente and place in a baking dish coated with olive oil.

Place the fish fillets on top of the penne. Stir the cilantro into the tomato sauce and spread the sauce over the fish and pasta.

Cover the baking dish with a lid or aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve the fish in lime-cilantro sauce with fresh cilantro leaves.
