Instructions:

1. rinse the fish, sprinkle with juice of one lemon, let stand for 15 min 2. in the meantime, clean the leek, clean and cut into rings not too wide. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sweat the leek for 5 min, pepper and season with salt. Warm up the tomato sauce if necessary.

Preheat the oven grill. Season the fish pieces with salt and season with pepper. Remove the leek from the grill pan, add 1 tbsp oil to the grill pan and roast the fish for 3 min on each side.

Coat the fish pieces thickly with the paradeis sauce, add the leek rings and let them color under the broiler for max. 2 min.
