For the farfalle with zucchini cream, finely chop the onion and garlic and roast until golden brown.
Cut the zucchini into fine strips and saute until translucent. Add the onion, garlic and salt.
Add milk and processed cheese (slightly chopped) and cook gently until processed cheese is dissolved.
Over low heat, add creme fraiche and whisk until blended. Whip cream with whisk until creamy and stir in.
Season the farfalle with zucchini cream with salt, pepper and parsley and serve.
