Brush the flower pots with care under running water and drain. Brush the inside with a little oil. Bake the pots in a stove heated to 250 °C for about 30 minutes.
Then paint the pots according to your taste (special paints are available in craft stores).
For the brioches, sift the flour into a suitable bowl and make an indentation in the center. Stir the yeast with the sugar until liquid and pour it into the flour hollow. Stir with a little flour.
In a small pan, melt the butter. Set aside. Mix the eggs with the water and the salt. Add the melted butter. Add everything to the flour form and beat to a dough.
Oil the inside of the flower pots. Fill them two thirds full with dough.
Put the brioches on the lowest rack of the oven (do not preheat the oven!). Set the heat to 50 °C and let the brioches rise for 1/2 hour.
Then bake the brioches at rising temperature, i.e. switch to 100 °C at the beginning, then increase the baking temperature by 20 °C every 5 min. Bake the last 7 to 8 min at 180 °C.
Immediately after removing the brioches, loosen them along the edge with a kitchen knife and turn them out of the pan. Cool on a cooling rack. Then, repeatedly mold the brioches into the flower pots. Enjoy the brioches fresh.
