For the Erdäpfelkrapferln, mix potato flour with baking powder. Mix margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar and egg. Mix in the potato flour. Form small balls from the dough, place on the baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven preheated to 200°C for about 8 minutes until light and cool.
For the cream, mix the margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the coffee. Put 2 Erdäpfelkrapferl each together with the cream.
