Instructions:

To prepare, melt light butter or butter and cool. Coarsely chop the raisins.

For the dough, combine flour and baking powder, sift into a sealable baking bowl (3-liter capacity), mix with sugar, rolled oats and cinnamon. Add eggs, butter, raisins and apple juice, cover tightly with the lid. Shake heartily several times (15 to 30 seconds in total) so that all ingredients are well mixed. Repeatedly mix everything with a mixing spoon or whisk, so that especially dry ingredients from the edge are mixed in.
