Instructions:

For the coconut cookies, prepare a shortbread dough from the ingredients. Let this dough rest for one hour.

Then roll out to a thickness of approx. 2-3 mm and cut out cookies with a mold. Place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake at 170 °C for approx. 8-10 minutes until light.

When cooled, glue 2 coconut cookies together with jam.
