Instructions:

125 g butter and the yolks are stirred until creamy. Add 100 g sugar and the apple juice and continue to stir for about 2 minutes. The egg whites are beaten with the remaining sugar until stiff. Half of this snow is stirred into the egg mixture with the liquid whipped cream, the cinnamon and the flour. Finally, carefully fold the remaining snow into the mixture.

The waffles should be served while still warm. If you wish, you can add whipped cream, fresh fruit, compote or ice cream. I recommend a dollop of whipped cream and a few slices of apple.
