Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Fry the finely chopped large onion in heated oil until golden brown. Peel and cut the tomatoes, add them with the small onions. Add pepper, garlic, paprika and bay leaf seasoning to the saucepan and fill with boiling hot water until the onions are covered. Season with salt, add wine and savory and gently simmer until onions are cooked.
Brown the flour in a dry frying pan. Extinguish with the water, mix well. When the onions are almost cooked, add and do another ten minutes.
