Instructions:

Peel and dice the onions. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onions until translucent and place in a large enough bowl with the fat. Chop the thyme leaves finely, mix into the onions together with the vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Clean the Chinese cabbage, remove the stem, cut into narrow strips, rinse and spin dry. Break the feta cheese into small pieces and mix it together with the cabbage into the already prepared ingredients.

Let the salad stand for at least 1 hour and season again before serving.
