A bean recipe for every taste:

Divide chicken into 8 pieces, stir through juice of 2 limes, 1 finely chopped chili pepper, rum and pepper, mold over chicken pieces and marinate in refrigerator for about 12 hours (preferably overnight). Remove chicken from marinade and dry.

Fry in hot oil until brown on all sides, peel the sweet potatoes, cut into coarse pieces, add to the chicken, fry for a few minutes, pour on marinade and water and steam for about 40 minutes.

A few minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the mango cut into slices. To serve, sprinkle 1 finely chopped chili pepper over the dish and garnish with lime wedges.

Goes well with: Long grain rice with black beans and fried banana.
