For the cabbage and bacon pasta, finely chop the cabbage, finely chop the onion and cut the bacon into small cubes. Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions.
Brown the onion well in a little oil and then add the bacon. Add the cabbage and sauté until browned and cooked – stirring well in between.
Squeeze the garlic over it, sprinkle with the flour and season with cumin, salt and pepper. Mix well with the pasta and parsley and serve.
