A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Mix the ingredients and prepare a slightly thinner batter, as the buttermilk causes the batter to rise a lot. Fry on medium heat in a cast iron frying pan 4-6 pancakes of about 12 cm ø.

Serve: Maple syrup, apple puree, syrup, sour cream with strawberries or possibly other fresh fruit.
