Instructions:

Make broccoli roses in clear soup and drain. Heat butter, stir in flour and pour in white wine and clear soup. Cook for 2 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the stove. Stir whipped cream and egg yolks mixed into soup. Add broccoli roses, fold in sour milk. Season the soup and garnish with shrimps and pine nuts.
