Instructions:

For the blueberry wine, boil sugar with water and let cool. Pour into a container, mix with the blueberry juice and close with a muslin cloth (diaper or tea towel) and leave at room temperature (20-25 °).

After fermentation and settling of the turbid matter, the wine is filtered and bottled. Leave to ripen for a few weeks in a cool place.
