Try this delicious cake recipe:

Put flour and sugar in a suitable bowl. Cut light butter into pieces and add. Rub everything quickly between your fingers until crumbly. Add orange juice and zest, knead the dough quickly, but only until it holds together. Place in a cool place

rest for 30 minutes.

Roll out half of the dough, line the greased pan with it. Prick with a fork a few times. Form small balls from the rest, press them in layers, one on top of the other, like roof tiles, to form a decorative edge. Bake blind for 15 min at 220 °C.

For the filling, mix sugar, cornflour and water well. Add 3/8 of the blueberries and stir until bubbly. Continue stirring and gently bubble for about five min. Pull frying pan from the fire, add light butter, juice of one lemon and orange liqueur. Cool. Then add the remaining berries to the fruit mixture form and put to cool for an hour.

Spread evenly on the baked dough. Whip the cream until stiff and garnish the pie with it.

Note: a little difficult to serve, because of the not too firm filling.
