Instructions:

For the beef on skewers, cut the lean meat into 1/2 cm thick slices.

To make them cook through more easily, cut the slices of meat a few mm deep and then cut the meat into strips about 7-8 cm long and 2 cm wide.

Clean the scallions and cut them into pieces a bit shorter than the beef.

Marinate the beef with the spice sauce and let it sit for some time.

Line up the marinated beef and onion pieces alternately on the skewers and baste the skewers again with the remaining spicy sauce.

Place skewers in an oiled, hot skillet and cook both sides of meat until well done. Serve finished beef roasted on skewers right away.
