Heat the butter in a frying pan and steam the shallots in it. Extinguish with broth and juice of one lemon. Add whipping cream, season with salt and pepper and stir. Whisk the sauce with a hand mixer until creamy. Add the cheese and mix well again. Finally, add the whipped cream and the chopped parsley.
Tip: Lemons add a fresh touch to dishes. Consciously choose ripe, rich yellow lemons!
